Step-by-Step Athletic Clearance

Step 1: Visit AthleticClearance.com and create a parent account.

Step 2: Complete all student, medical, and parent sections online.

Step 3: Upload a current physical and proof of medical insurance.

Step 4: Once you reach the Confirmation Message, you have completed the process. When the student has been cleared for participation, an email notification will be sent.
